Selamat kembali ke blog Yong ni.
Entry sebelum solat Jumaat tadi ialah diet untuk blood type A.
Sekarang kita sambung semula topik ni,
dengan menyenaraikan jenis2 makanan yang sesuai
dan yang patut dielakkan untuk menjaga kesihatan dan kerampingan badan tuan2 dan puan2.

Yong berdarah B. Sebelum Yong mula dengan diet ni,
Yong pernah diet dengan tak makan nasi,
beli Jacob Wheatameal setin besar, makan cicah milo panas.
Hari2 makan itu. Pastu jogging sampai kulit hitam legam...dekat 4 km sehari.

Ko nampak tak anak panah merah yang tak berapa nak nampak tu?
Ha..tu le laluan jogging Yong setiap hari masa kat kampus.
Bersungguh kau!
Tu tak kira sit-up pagi petang siang malam,
macam nak pergi olimpik punya training.
Sit-up saja dekat 100 sehari!

Ya Allah...berat tak turun2 jugak!
Dah nak tercabut nyawa pun ada.
Rupa-rupanya Yong diet salah makanan.
Mesti ada gak korang experience macam Yong kan?
Dok heran.."pepasal la berat aku tak turun2 gak ni?"
Sampai gastrik2 dibuatnya.

Ni adalah info tentang darah jenis B dan jadual pemakanannya.


"The sturdy and alert Type Bs are usually able to resist many of the most severe diseases common to modern life,
such as heart disease and cancer
In fact, a Type B who carefully follows the recommended diet can often bypass severe disease and live a long and healthy life. 
Type Bs are more prone to immune-system disorders such as multiple sclerosis, 
lupus, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
The Type B Diet is balance and wholesome, including a wide variety of foods.

For Type B's, 
the biggest factors in weight gain are corn, buckwheat, lentils, peanuts and sesame seeds. 
These foods have different lectin that affect the efficiency of the metabolic process,
resulting in fatigue, fluid retention, and hypoglycemia. 
The gluten lectin in wheat germ and whole wheat products also adds to the problems cause by other metabolism-slowing foods.
It is important to leave off chicken for Type B's. 
Chicken contains a Blood Type B agglutinating lectin in its muscle tissue, 
which attack the bloodstream and potentially lead to strokes and immune disorders. 

Type B's 
thrive on deep-ocean fish, but should avoid all shellfish. 
The shellfish contain lectins that are disruptive to the Type B system.
Type B is the only blood type that can fully enjoy a variety of dairy foods.

Most nuts and seeds
(especially peanuts, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds) 
are not advised for Type B's., they contain lectins that interfere with Type B insulin production.
Wheat is not tolerated well by most Type B's
They contain a lectin that reduce insulin efficiency and failure to stimulate fat "burning". 
Rye contains a lectin that settles in the vascular system, 
causing blood disorders and potentially strokes.
Corn and buckwheat are major factors in Type B weight gain, 
they contribute to a sluggish metabolism, insulin irregularity, fluid retention, and fatigue.
Eliminate tomatoes completely from Type B diet.
It has lectins that irritate the stomach lining. 
Fruits and vegetables are generally well tolerated and should be taken generously. "

Dari jadual pemakanan ni, korang boleh lah cuba amalkan.
Bukan tak makan langsung, malah ada je benda yang boleh dimakan.
Nasik kita boleh makan kak tipah!


Yang tak boleh, ayam. Sudah2 le makan ayam goreng kepsi tu.
Makan le benda lain. Makan steak ke...grilled salmon ke.
Daging boleh tau! Lamb lagi elok..menambahkan baikkan sistem imun badan.
Ada yang sedih tu..kita tak berapa nak sesuai makan seafood.
Dah la kita ni hantu..pantang nampak seafood, terus lupa diri.
Sesekali boleh la...selalu tak elok. :(


Jangan! Jangan makan makanan berasaskan gandum mahupun jagung.
Cornflakes for diet? Not gonna work for us honey.
Elak juga buat diet biskut kering macam Yong pernah buat.
Did try, not working.


Nampak kan, tak boleh makan makanan berasaskan coconut.
So..masak gulai lemak ni kena kurang2kan kalau nak jaga kerampingan.
Gantikan dengan susu dalam masakan yang memerlukan santan.


Selalunya. kita tengok laki bini kan,
bini ramping kemain, laki dah selambak boyak.
Padahal makan benda yang sama kat rumah.
Sekarang baru uolls nampak...kenapa jadi macam tu.
Sebab darah jenis lain2, impak pun lain le.


Amalkan pemakanan yang betul untuk kebahagiaan sekeluarga.
